However, in the digital age, our “tribe” has grown from 50 people to 5 billion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n When you see someone\u2019s “ideal” life, your brain’s amygdala<\/strong> perceives a threat not a physical one, but a threat to your status and belonging. This triggers a stress response. We must remember that every person walking this earth carries a “Nafs” (ego) that struggles, a heart that breaks, and a shadow they don’t post about.<\/p>\n\n\n\n When we ask, “Why is their life better?”<\/em>, we are subconsciously adopting a Victim Mentality.<\/strong> This mindset assumes that the Universe\/Allah is a distributor of “luck” rather than a Divine Planner of “growth.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n By focusing on someone else’s “Ease,” you are essentially rejecting your own “Trial.” This is the “Modern Demon’s” greatest trick: it makes you believe that your life is a mistake.
